XRW-300A热变形温度、维卡软化点温度万博manbetx水晶宫                     一   产品介绍;

   热变形、维卡软化点温度万博manbetx水晶宫主要用于非金属材料(如塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘材料等)的热变形及维卡软化点温度的测定。具有质量稳定,操作简单的特点,是化工企业、科研单位、检测机构、大专院校等行业的理想测试工具。

12压针头为硬质钢制成,长3mm,横截面积为1.000±0.015mm2的圆柱体,压针头下表面应平整,垂直于负载杆的轴线,无毛刺。

XRW-300A Thermal Deformation Temperature and Vicat Softening Point Temperature Measuring Instrument.

Thermal Deformation and Vicat Softening Point Temperature Tester is mainly used to measure the thermal deformation of non-metallic materials (such as plastics, rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, etc.) and Vicat Softening Point Temperature. With stable quality and simple operation, it is an ideal testing tool for chemical enterprises, research institutes, testing institutions, colleges and universities and other industries.

Four main technical parameters

3. Deformation measurement range: Deformation measurement range is 0-10.000 mm, deformation resolution is 0.001 mm, and deformation measurement accuracy is 0.001 mm.

Cooling mode: natural cooling above 150 degrees; water cooling at 150 degrees or natural cooling.

8 Heating medium: methyl silicone oil (viscosity below 200 centimeters, flash point above 300 C);

9. The main power supply is 380v+10% AC three-phase five-wire, 50Hz, 5kw. It has a water cooling circulating system.

Temperature has the function of self-protection and alarm. It can automatically alarm and stop heating beyond the set temperature limit.

The 11-dimensional card load bar is equipped with a load plate, fixed on a rigid metal frame, and can move freely in the vertical direction. The load bar and the metal frame components shall have the same expansion coefficient.

The 12-pin is a cylinder made of hard steel, 3 mm long and 1.000+0.015 mm 2 cross-sectional area. The lower surface of the pin should be flat, perpendicular to the axis of the load rod and without burrs.

Thirteen dimensions are 645 mm x 670 mm x 1450 mm.
